Richard Balcon

Richard joined the Ice Boy family in 2020 right in the middle of a pandemic from Trinidad. He started out as all of us do, bagging ice, he picked it up extremely quickly. His knowledge of machinery helped him understand each step of the bagging process. Richard has learned multiple facets of the business and has risen and grown in the company to our lead driver. Richard brings a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience operating a trucking business in Trinidad and has become an integral part of the team as we continue to grow.
